Created as part of the post-Hurricane Irma redevelopment of Simpson Bay Marina, this waterfront reception building welcomes guests to one of the Caribbean's premier superyacht destinations.

Serving as Design Lead and Construction Liaison for the IGY Asset Management Team, Kym Petrie coordinated architects, consultants, IGY, and local contractor Gisela Martinez to deliver a building that reflects the global IGY brand while honoring the architectural heritage and spirit of St. Maarten.
