319 Residence

Greenville, South Carolina

A Greenville landmark, thoughtfully reimagined for the next generation.

Set on nearly an acre in Greenville's prestigious Augusta Road neighborhood, the historic Williams-Earle House was originally constructed in 1850 before being carefully relocated from its original site in Greer (2012). Now undergoing an extensive renovation, the project is being led by KMP Homes in collaboration with architect Tom Felton, interior designer Mary Bond Quinn of Verve Interiors, and landscape design firm Dabney Collins. Together, the team is carefully preserving the home's remarkable architectural legacy while introducing the craftsmanship, functionality, and timeless detailing expected of a luxury residence. The result will be a home that honors its history while embracing the way families live today.
